To work with nonprofit conservation organizations to begin implementation of the Raritan Piedmont Wildlife Habitat Partnership’s Grassland Conservation Plan, which aims to protect critical wildlife habitat identified in the New Jersey State Wildlife Action Plan and to advance the Central Piedmont Plains’ emerging role as a haven of regional significance for grassland birds.
