To implement the alliance’s new Early Childhood Initiative by holding three regional training institutes to educate trust fund staff on integrating prevention techniques and strategies into early education and child care centers, and administering a matching grants competition to award seed funding to eight to 12 trust funds for programming that promotes child abuse prevention in early education settings.
