Aleena Raza

Aleena Raza is the legal and governance paralegal for the Doris Duke Foundation. In this capacity, she assists the general counsel and corporate secretary in administering legal affairs of the foundation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and supporting board governance matters.

Before joining the foundation, Raza worked as a senior paralegal at a transactional risk insurance company. Prior to that role, she worked as an executive receptionist and conflicts specialist for Haug Partners, LLP. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Pace University with a major in political science and a minor in peace and justice studies.
